Lulu Chu's peaceful night takes a wild turn when she is attacked by an alien tentacle monster in the hospital and gets double penetrated! She is in the hospital, enjoying a peaceful night in bed, focusing on her recovery. She is texting a friend when out of nowhere, alien tentacles appear and start to climb up onto the bed, covering her mouth and restraining her legs. She tries to fight but can't escape! The tentacles then rip off her gown, exposing her body, and begin to give her an otherworldly pleasure.
